We were very happy with the service we received at the dealership. We were there for over 4 hours (because we were so indecisive). Butch Hammett was so patient with me and my husband. He went above and beyond the call to help us. Once we had finally decided which SRX we wanted everything went pretty quick. Butch had another customer come back that he had helped earlier in the day so he asked if we would mind if Jan Welsh helped us, which was perfectly fine. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience. We kept them past closing hours and they were all so kind. I would definitely recommend the dealership and I Love my new SRX!
